1. Practice

Put your teachings into action.

• Revisit your journal to reflect on the lessons received during ceremony.
• Implement daily habits aligned with your healing:
  
  • Yoga or meditation
  • Mindful walking
  • Conscious breathing
  • Journaling new insights

Remember, knowledge that isn’t applied becomes stagnant. Make your integration a tangible, lived experience.

2. Prune

Cut away what no longer serves you.

• Release toxic habits, relationships, beliefs, or behaviors hindering your growth.
• Make space for love, light, and healing.
• Reflect on these questions:
  
  • Am I good company to myself?
  • What thoughts or habits do I need to let go of?
• Protect and nurture your connection with yourself—this is your most vital relationship.
  

3. Pilgrimage

Cultivate an Inner Pilgrimage.

• Develop a daily practice of stillness through meditation or breathwork.
• Turn inward to explore the “sacred within” and observe your thoughts with compassion.

Build a deep familiarity with your inner peace, learning to return to it despite life’s challenges.

4. Pause

Take a moment to verify your inner state.

• Pause frequently to check in with yourself:
  
  • What am I holding onto right now?
  • How can I expand or improve this state?
• Breathe, observe, and reconnect with the vastness of your heart.
• Respond consciously to life’s events instead of reacting unconsciously.

5. Patience

Be patient with your process.

• Healing and transformation take time—celebrate small victories along the way.
• Speak to yourself with kindness and gentleness.

Allow mistakes to teach you, and trust that growth unfolds at its own pace.

6. Preach Not

Protect your energy and share mindfully.

• Avoid over-sharing your experience with those who may not understand its depth.
• Let your transformation speak for itself.
• When others notice your change, they’ll naturally seek your wisdom—share intentionally and generously.
  

7. “Plaugh” (Play and Laugh)

Approach life with lightness.

• Integration can feel heavy at times, so balance it with play and laughter.
• Find joy in simple activities:
  
  • Dancing
  • Drawing or coloring mandalas
  • Spending time with children, pets, or loved ones

Remember: Healing is sacred work, but it doesn’t have to be solemn.

8. Pursue your Purpose w/Passion

Living in Alignment with your True Purpose

• The clearer you are on why you're here, the more energy and focus you bring to how you show up.
• Your purpose is never just for you – It's how your gifts ripple outward and uplift the collective.
• Purpose is your inner compass – Let it guide your choices, your relationships, and your impact.
